Awesome New Technological Advancements

This is a quick summary of the video above for those of you unable to watch or not wanting to watch it.

  • The night vision contact. A very cool idea if you want to see at night, play a bit of a detective, but most useful for military uses at night. No need for big and bulky googles like before.
  • Metal detecting sandals, before that you had to carry around the metal detector anywhere you went to “spot” some gold. Now you can simply wear sandals and just walk around. When it beeps you might have found a motherlode.
  • A throw able panoramic balls camera. If you want to capture the environment very quickly from many angles, just throw in the camera ball, play with it a bit and in matter of seconds you’ll have crazy footage that wasn’t possible before.
  • Crossbow snowball launcher might not be of much use to people living in warmer areas, but those who know snow, this toy can be a lot of fun. Not really a huge technological advancement, but would be fun to try out.
  • Drivemocion LED car sign isn’t very advanced, nor useful. Really has no part to be on the list, but it could be fun driving around with it for a while just to see people’s reactions.
  • iPhone projector, though just a prototype, shows where the future of smartphones lies. In projecting pictures around them.
  • Powerless iPhone speakers, more like wooden tubes that emphasize the sound coming from telephones speaker. A cool idea.
  • Jumping stilts look more like a gadget from a sci-fi movie than real life. Possibility of an injury for inexperienced is pretty high.
  • Camera that is smaller than a match head. Very useful if you are a spy and want to gather some intelligence.
  • Dog activated outdoor fountain. You don’t have to keep checking whether your dog has water or not. Just fill it up once in a while and the dog will do the rest.
  • Speakers you can plug into light bulb plugs. This idea is pretty cool if you don’t want to deal with all the wires to connect your iPod to speakers.
  • A laser virtual keyboard. No need to carry it around when you can project it.
  • A flat extension cord for under the rug. No need to make holes in the walls just put it under the carpet.
  • An umbrella with force field protection. Don’t know how long it will work, but looks pretty cool.
  • Invisible bandages that adapt to any skin color.
  • Flask sandals, hide some booze to your work office.
  • A beddable bike. Looks cool but has questionable uses.
  • Mini USB powered fridge. Want some cold beer cooled by your PC, you know what you need to get.
  • Galileo iPhone mount, looks cool.
  • Stick it anywhere digital clock. Awesome for decoration.
  • Trekdesk workstation. If you want to workout and work at the same time.
  • Window sticky solar charges. Just stick to the window and let it get power for you.
  • LED faucet that show water temperature with color change.
  • Portable washing machine known a Scrubba. Pretty cool for travelling.
  • A bed fan that cools between the sheets. If you can’t sleep during the night, turn on the fan.
  • A rearview mirror for a car with no blind spots. If it becomes mandatory could save a lot of lives.
  • Polar pillow that cools you.
  • Walk on the water mat, could be fun to play with.
